The old Japanese restaurant is located on the first floor of Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou. The environment is quiet and comfortable, the dishes are rich and varied, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is good! I happened to see this Japanese restaurant when I was walking around nearby. I looked at the menu and thought there were quite a lot of things on it, so I went to try it. The grilled items were pretty good, I recommend them. The fried dumplings were also delicious, I recommend them.

We had a meeting at Shangri-La and had a business lunch at noon. The hotel said we could order from the Chinese restaurant or Japanese set meal. We chose Japanese set meal and sent the menu to me in advance. Everyone had chosen the meal in advance so that we could go and eat directly. As a result, our meeting was seriously delayed that day, so we couldn't go at the scheduled meal time. Fortunately, the restaurant was on the first floor of the hotel, which was very convenient. In order to ensure the heat of the food, it couldn't be prepared too early. It was really not easy. The price of Japanese set meal is definitely more expensive than ordering a bowl of noodles, but it is rich and clean, which is really the first choice for business lunch! I ordered soba set meal, because I thought that I had eaten Japanese food the night before, and there would be a tea break at the meeting and a dinner party in the evening, so I didn't want to eat too much at noon. I am not a food critic, and I can't think of any words to describe the food. I can only use "not bad" or "okay" to express my feelings after eating. In short, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the service is timely and thoughtful.

Salmon ingredients are fresh. The taste is particularly good. The environment is good. The waiter's attitude is also very good. 👍

环境一流，位置空间宽阔装潢设计很有和式风格，但是其他方面强差人意，首先好几项非季节性的食材没有譬如樱花虾蔬菜饼，烤乌鱼子萝卜，菜单旧旧的，而且都是下单后再回来告诉没有，这是培训不足，回到食材，特上生鱼片竟然拿三文鱼出来充，这是客户水平不够，餐厅没有推动力的结果，牡丹虾太小，烤活鳗皮脆肉嫩，牛舌切开薄烤，入味，狮鱼下巴太小，亲嘴鱼小刺太多而且没有炸透，容易卡到，服务员很努力但是细节决定成败，管理层失职。
